Rules and Regulations:

• Parents/Guardians must responsibly abide by the rules and regulations concerning the institution

• Parents/Guardians should ensure regular payment of their child’s fees and other amounts fixed by the institution. An amount of Rs.10/- per day will be charged as surcharge for delayed payments after the 10th of every month. If the 10th is a holiday,surcharge will be for the same

• The management reserves all rights to revise the fees structure, whenever required

• Parents/Guardians must promptly communicate any change in address and telephone numbers

• Kindly check the child’s bag for notices and newsletters sent by the management

• Nutritious food must be sent for the child, packed in clean containers and bags. Junk food is prohibited

• Birthdays are celebrated with homemade goodies. Consult your child’s directress prior to the occasion. Sending gifts is forbidden. You may instead contribute to the library, stationery and raw material for material making

• Tipping the watchman and helpers is forbidden

• Parents are requested to attend parent-teacher meetings regularly

• Children and staff should not be disturbed while picking up/dropping off a child. Any discussion should be planned with the management. Contacting the teacher directly is not allowed

• Use of cellphones and talking loudly is not allowed on the premises

• Upon withdrawal of a child prior to completion of the academic year, the fees for the entire year has to be paid
